Have a housemate?

Ever argue with your housemate?

Do you feel like your disputes get resolved?

We are interested in understanding how people discuss interpersonal conflicts. We want to know how people resolve their disputes and whether this predicts relationship satisfaction later on. So, we are seeking participants and their housemates for a 1-hour study. If you participate, you and your housemate will each recieve £6 for your time.

Please be sure to ask your housemate if he/she wants to participate before signing up.

 

If you decide to participate, here is what we will ask you to do:

• Complete some questionnaires that ask about your personality and your current living situation.
• Complete 2 short discussions with your housemate.
• Complete some questionnaires about your interactions.
• Allow us to videotape your discussions.
