People suggest that certain facial features and expressions have the power to capture attention.

We are interested in finding out whether this is true and why.

To do this, we need your help!

We are testing three questions.

1) Do facial features and expressions capture attention?

2) Do interactions with a partner change how that person's face captures attention?

3) Is there any relationship between how much a one likes someone and how that person's face captures attention?

This is a 1-hour study. If you participate, you will recieve £6 for your time.

If you decide to participate, here is what we will ask you to do:

• Complete a 3-part computer game in which you respond to different social stimuli.
• Complete several questionnaires.
